Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated, pre-sale items require an additional 7-14 business days for processing. Pre-sale and regular items will be shipped separately.;
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $79 USD.
1. Shipping Coverage: We now exclusively serve all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii with enhanced reliability.
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 8-12 business days ($6.99 USD)
Express Shipping: Delivery in 3-7 business days ($11.99 USD)
*Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL,or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order. Track Order
2. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1 business day of processing time and 8-12 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 9-13 business days.
*Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.
3. Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping might experience delay due to some of the unexpected conditions. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at service@whalewish.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
4. Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase and the parcel has not been shipped out. A refund will be issued after the order has been successfully processed.
*Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
5. Tax
Occasionally, your government may apply customs fees to your order, which are beyond our control. These charges are your responsibility, not ours. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, as we cannot influence the customs policies of your country or others.
