Order Cancellation

We accept order modification or cancellation before the parcel is shipped. Please email: service@whalewish.com for your request and including your order# for rapid response. Please be aware that we are unable to modify the order if the parcel is already shipped out. 

Returns and Exchanges

We’re pleased to accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days after the package has been received or signed. The goods should be as good as new with original tags intact and without any usage.

  • For Returns & Exchanges Request due to Quality Issue: Please inform us by email ASAP with related photos and videos provided. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Please return the product along with all accessories, packaging for a full refund. 

  • For Returns & Exchanges Other than Quality Issue: Please inform us of your request by email ASAP. Once the request has been approved, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Please return the product along with all accessories, packaging for a full refund. For this situation, please be aware that the customer will need to cover the cost of return shipping (including but not limited to return shipping, new package shipping fee, taxes if applicable) and the fees could be differ based on locations. You may want to reach out to your selected shipping partner for specifics.
