Our customer service team will process the Returns & Exchanges for you within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned package.
A Refund will be issued back to the original form of payment after the returned package has been checked. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on PayPal or your bank.

Important Notice
1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
2. Please inform us with the correct tracking number for your return package for a rapid process.
3. We can only process one time exchange/refund for items in your order.
4. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
