We accept order modification or cancellation before the parcel is shipped. Please email: service@whalewish.com for your request and including your order# for rapid response. Please be aware that we are unable to modify the order if the parcel is already shipped out.
Returns and Exchanges
We’re pleased to accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days after the package has been received or signed. The goods should be well-kept and before any usage, as long as the product is in unworn condition with its original tags still attached.

Once the request has been approved, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Please return the product along with all accessories, packaging for a full refund. A US$8 shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.
