Refund Policy

Please contact our customer service within 21 days from the date you've received all your items. You can request a return. Returns made after 21 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

For specific addresses , please contact service@whalewish.com.After the returned order is delivered, our customer service team will process the refund or exchange for you within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on PayPal or your bank.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the parcel is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We can not cancel the order if the parcel is already shipped out.

 

Important Notice

1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

2. You must use the return label we provide, You then have 28 days to ship after you get the return label or you will lose your refund.

3. We can only process one time exchange/refund for items in your order.

4. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

5. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
